When placing an order, I need as much information as possible.  Here is an example:

Hi, I would like to place an order for my baby shower on May 31, 2026. The theme is "baby in bloom" with dusty pink, white, sage green with pops of gold. Here are a few inspiration pics of the decor and colors I want. I am interested in 4 dozen cake pops, 4 flavors of cake, and want silk bows on all of them. I prefer the sticks to be upright with the traditional round cake pop shape. My preferred method of payment is Venmo.  Thank you very much!

This example gives me lots of details I can work with.  I most likely will have additional questions, but this helps me anticipate of what I will need to fulfill your order and be able to quote your order appropriately. As a treat maker, I will never 100% recreate any treats designed by other treat makers. I am my own artist and use my creative skills and personal talents into making your treats as beautiful as possible. I will use your inspo pictures as reference photos and INSPIRATION, but it is just that -- inspiration. Every treat maker has their own style, and I will never try to recreate anyone else's work.

When we discuss an order and you agree to place your order with me, you will have 48 hours to submit full payment. If payment has not been received, I cannot hold the date for you, and we DO NOT have an order. All dates are first-come, first-serve and are reserved with full payment.

All orders should be placed AT LEAST 3-4 weeks in advance.

Payment MUST be sent within 48 hours to confirm your order. No payment means No order! All dates are first come, first serve. A payment in full reserves the date you requested. If I do not hear back from you after 48 hours, you do NOT have an order with me.

Please leave me the following information:

• date of your event
• inspo pictures, color scheme, theme
• the quantity of cake pops you are interested in
• flavors of cake
• type of payment that works best for you
  • venmo, zelle, cash app, paypal, credit card

With the upcoming hot weather, I want to make an announcement that ALL treats MUST be refrigerated until they are to be consumed. 

All treats must be kept out of the direct sunlight. Please keep in mind that each and every treat is made with chocolate, so in high heat and direct sunlight, they will melt.

Once we schedule a pickup time, please be considerate and be on time. I am not liable for anything that happens to your order AFTER your scheduled pick-up time. Your treats will be placed in the cooler 5 minutes before your scheduled pick-up time.

Upon picking up your order, please have the air conditioning running in your car. I recommend you place your treats in the passenger side of the car with the AC blowing directly on them. Please keep them covered to protect from direct sunlight. Another option would be to bring a cooler to place your treats to keep them from melting. 

DO NOT, by any means, place them in the trunk of your car. They most definitely will melt! You don't want to ruin your beautiful cake pops or other treats I make for you.

**Placing an order with me means you have read and agree on the terms and conditions and have read my policies.

Upon placing an order, we will go over pick up instructions, which will include date & time. In the hot summer months, your order will be placed in a cooler on the front porch of my home. For cooler weather, expect your order to be placed on the shelf on the front porch.

Once we discuss a pickup time that works best for the both of us, please be sure to be here on time. When you show up late to pick up your order, it interferes with my time and schedule. I typically have back-to-back pick up slots so when you're late, everybody else will get their order late, so please be considerate of others.  Be specific with the time you have chosen to pick up your order and plan accordingly. Be mindful of traffic, travel time, etc, so that you are here on time. I try my very best to accommodate everyone so please respect my time, schedule and policies.

Your order will be placed either on the shelf or in a cooler on the porch for pick up on the day and time we agreed upon. Just note that I am NO longer liable for anything that happens to your order AFTER your designated pick-up time. Should any unforeseen circumstance come up and you need to make another arrangement of date or time, call me so we can asap so we can sort that out.
